By accessing or using Sealcube services, websites, applications, datasets, contributor programs, or platforms, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Sealcube provides AI data collection, annotation, validation, quality assurance, field operations, contributor management, and related services.
Contributors may participate in data collection projects including image capture, video capture, mobility operations, retail operations, agricultural workflows, skilled trades, and other approved activities.
Participation is voluntary and subject to project-specific requirements.
Compensation is governed by individual project agreements. Payments may be withheld for fraud, quality violations, policy violations, or incomplete submissions.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all datasets, annotations, metadata, deliverables, workflows, software, and materials created for Sealcube projects shall belong to Sealcube or its clients.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sealcube shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
